The Opening!

Well, everyone. The Imperial Decree is officially created as a sub-section of Dark Empreror's diary. You can access the diary through the Blog List located on the left corner of this page. This blog is geared towards posting up my rantings. Real operations will commence on the 7th of July 2008. Hopefully, over time, I will be able to create an integrated system that everyone can enjoy. So, I shall leave myself in your care.
